Non-Veg Mixed Fried Rice: A Chinese Cuisine




















Ingredients:

Basmati Rice- 500gms
Capsicum- 3 (finely chopped)
Peas- 2 cups
Onions- 2 (finely chopped)
Carrots- 2 (finely chopped)
Spring Onions- 200gms (finely chopped)
Chilies- 5-6 (finely chopped)
Eggs- 5-6
Prawns- 300gm
Chicken- 250gm (boiled)
Ham- 250gm (boiled)
Soy sauce- 4tbsp
Vegetable Oil- 10-12tbsp
Azinomoto- 1½tsp
Salt- To taste

Procedure For Making Mixed Fried Rice:

Take the rice in a pan filled with water, add some salt to it.
Place it in the oven for boiling.
Drain all the water after the rice gets boiled and keep it aside.
Now, take 2-3tbsps of vegetable oil in a pan, and fry the capsicum, onions, carrots, spring onion, peas and chilies for about 3-4 minutes on a medium flame. Add a little salt to it and keep aside.
Again, take 1tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan, add some salt and scramble the eggs properly.
Keep it aside in a separate bowl.
Fry the ham and chicken in 2tbsp of vegetable oil and some salt, and keep them separately in a container.
Devein the prawns, coat them with some salt and fry them properly in 1-2tbsps of vegetable oil.
Mix the rice, fried vegetables, eggs, ham, chicken, prawns, soy sauce and azinomoto evenly in a huge platter.
Saute the whole mixture on the oven for 5-6 minutes on a low flame.
Now, turn off the oven and serve the contents of the platter evenly in dishes.
This easy recipe of mixed fried rice will definitely be relished by all and you will be all praises for it.
