Method of preparation:
Wash
guava thoroughly, remove ends and slice the guava into thin strips.
Wash and finely chop the cilantro leaves.

a mixing bowl, mix together sliced guava, lemon juice, cilantro, red chile
powder and salt.
Mix well and serve guava salad in serving bowls.

Notes: Select guava that are not too ripe nor too raw.
