Ingredients:
250g - chicken, chopped into chunks
1 inch - ginger
3 pods - garlic
10 - red chillies
1/2 tsp - pepper powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - chilli powder
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Method
- Marinate chopped chicken in turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder mix for 15 minutes and boil till partially cooked.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry chopped ginger and garlic, and chillies.
- Fry curry leaves.
- Add partially cooked chicken, pepper powder, salt and toss.
- Spray some water and stir fry till done.
